Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Thank you in advance for your patience.

What are the shipping times available?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 2 business days. For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?

For domestic orders, standard shipping is free for orders over $25. The cost of expedited shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and package weight.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

What should I do if my package is missing or lost?

If your package is missing or lost, please contact our customer support team. We insure all of our packages, so we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government.

We ship from our warehouses or straight from our manufacturer.

How do i return an order?

To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the form on our website

I received the wrong item

We want to fix any issues with incorrect items right away.

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and once inspected, we'll refund you to the original payment type.

How long do i have to return an item?

We offer a returns period of 30 days from when the order is placed.

Can I return a sale item?

All sale items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty.

Can I return a custom item?

All custom items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on custom items unless defective or faulty.

How does the exchange work?

You return the item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice using your store credit.

How long does it take to process my return?

All returns are processed at our warehouse, Once your return is received processing time can take 3-4 business days.

*Please allow extra processing time during high volume periods

When will i receive my store credit?

Processing time can take 3-4 business days. Store credit will then be added to your account. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.

What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered

You can also email Customer Service at babes@mabelloveco.com and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing. If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a free return.

Please note that Mabel Love Co does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash, wear and tear.

Did you order using a BOGO (Buy Two Get One) sale?

Here is how we calculate your credit. The easiest way to do this is to give you an example...

Let's say you redeemed a BOGO for 2 items.

One was a $15 item and the other was a $10 item. The $10 item in this case would be the item you got for free. But how we calculate it, is you got the $15 item for $9 and the $10 for $6 as the $10 discount is prorated across the 2 items.

If you return the $15 item you will get $9 in credit.
If you return the $10 item you will get $6 in credit.

In every case, we prorate the discount across all applicable items in your specific order. Don't worry, we'll do the math for you.

We give you 60 minutes to cancel your order. From the time you placed the order.

Our warehouse ships orders automatically.

Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to:

  • Canceling your order or specific items
  • Changing your billing or shipping address
  • Changing payment method
  • Changing shipping method
  • Changing color/size of items(s)
  • Addition or removal of item(s)
  • Changing or adding a discount code
  • Addition or removal of a gift card

*** For whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.

There’s a charge on my credit card I don’t recognize

If you did not make a purchase from us and/or don't recognize a charge from Mabel Love Co we will need you to contact us immediately so that we can look into this matter and get it resolved!

Please provide the following information to babes@mabelloveco.com

  1. Total amount charged
  2. Your full name
  3. Date of transaction/order placed
  4. Last 4 digits of credit card used to make this transaction

How do refunds work?

Mabel Love Co issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • If canceled by Mabel Love Co
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Mabel Love Co will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. (All depends on your credit card company when it will show on your statement).

If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Do gift cards expire?

No, Mabel Love Co gift cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

Why did I receive a partial refund after placing my order?

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.

What is a Pre Order

A Pre-Order item is a product that is not currently in-stock and an order must be placed to secure your size before the item physically arrives into stock. The benefit of purchasing a  Pre-Order item is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we make this available online.

Each Pre-Order item has an estimated shipment date, this will be advertised within the item description page.
